What types of delivery do you offer? What does it cost? OFF PEAK

We offer a number of different delivery options, which are dependent upon which hamper you wish to send and where you would like to deliver. Here is an overview of the available methods:

STANDARD DELIVERY: Free

Sent via Australia Post.
Estimated dates of arrival are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Orders placed before 3pm (AEST) will be dispatched the same day - What does "dispatch" mean?
All updates can be confirmed via the live tracking link provided upon confirmation, or via our Tracking Portal.
Proof of Delivery will be provided as either a signature or photo upon request.
Unsuccessful deliveries will be taken to a collection point and not reattempted. Tracking information will be updated.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: $16.95 - $ 24.95 per hamper

Sent via Australia Post Express (excl. Sydney metropolitan areas).
Estimated dates of arrival are provided at checkout. Please note that these are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

SAME DAY, NEXT BUSINESS DAY & PREFERRED DAY DELIVERY: $16.95 per hamper

Sent via StarTrack Couriers to select Sydney metropolitan areas only.
Orders must be placed before 11am (Sydney time).
The delivery service window is between 1pm & 9pm on the preferred day.
All updates can be confirmed via the live tracking link provided upon confirmation, or via our Tracking Portal.
Proof of Delivery is not currently provided.
Unsuccessful deliveries will be reattempted the next scheduled business day. Only two attempts will be made before the delivery is returned to our warehouse. Redelivery and returns fees apply.

SAM DAY, NEXT BUSINESS DAY, PREFERRED DAY, WEEKEND & CHILLED DELIVERY: (from) $16.95 per hamper

Sent via Home Delivery Services (HDS) to select areas.
Orders must be placed before 7am (Sydney time) - conditions apply.
The delivery service window is between 7am & 6pm on the preferred day.
All updates can be confirmed via the live tracking link provided upon confirmation, or via our Tracking Portal.
Proof of Delivery will be provided as a photo only.
Unsuccessful deliveries will be reattempted the next scheduled business day. Only two attempts will be made before the delivery is returned to our warehouse. Redelivery and returns fees apply.

Available from our warehouse, located in Regents Park NSW.
