On rare occasions, unforeseen delays may occur and we do everything in our power to prevent or assist in resolving them. Deliveries may be subject to network delays, particularly during the holiday season and around special occasions. It is strongly recommended that you continuously check the updated information available via the tracking link provided upon dispatch.

Occasionally, despite the delivery driver's best efforts, a delivery may be unsuccessful. This can be for a number of reasons, including, but not limited to, the recipient not being home, no safe location, barred access, no parking, etc. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping cost in these instances.
