My gift voucher does not work. What do I do?Updated 21 hours ago

To use an e-Gift Voucher for payment at The Hamper Emporium, follow these steps:

1. At the checkout, under the Order Summary, select "Redeem Voucher."
2. Enter your voucher code and secret key (both included with your e-Gift Voucher).
3. Click "Redeem Voucher" again.
4. Scroll down to the payment methods section, and you will see the available credit.
5. In the 'Apply Credit' box, enter the amount you would like to apply to your order.
6. After typing in the desired amount, click anywhere on the page outside of the box to deduct the credit from your total.
