My order arrived damaged / faulty. What can I do?Updated 2 days ago

We take pride in the quality and presentation of our gifts, and we do everything possible to ensure that every recipient is satisfied with their delivery. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible! Please send your order number along with a brief description and photos of the damage, including whether you will require a replacement.

Depending on the extent of the damage, we will happily replace, exchange, or issue a credit or refund and will strive to find the best solution to resolve the issue for you. 

Please note the following conditions:

  • Reasonable damage in transit to packaging is expected and is not eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • We will require photos to better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product.
  • We will not be able to replace, exchange or issue a credit or refund for any product that has been dispatched for more than 30 days.
  • Please note that refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
