What do I need to know about corporate Christmas deliveries?Updated 8 days ago
Christmas is the busiest time of the year for us and also for our couriers!
Due to the volume of parcels being sent all over Australia, delivery conditions may change during November and December. We have listed some important information to remember below.
- During the lead-up to Christmas, Australia Post will extend its delivery days to include Saturdays and evenings and will continue to do so until 24 December. Please note that while Australia Post considers business addresses, deliveries may still be attempted outside of business hours.
- Our delivery estimates are based on delivery guarantees supplied by Australia Post. Please note that on rare occasions, there can be unforeseen delays, which we do everything in our power to prevent or assist in rectifying.
- Occasionally, a Chilled or Preferred Date Delivery may not arrive on the scheduled day due to the delivery volume, despite the delivery driver's best efforts. We will not be able to refund the cost of upgraded shipping in these instances.
- The majority of orders will arrive in time for Christmas, but there is always a risk that some may not. This could be due to a variety of reasons.
