Why can I not select a preferred date?Updated 2 days ago

We offer preferred delivery dates in some areas, but not everywhere. We know this can be disappointing, so we want to let you know there are other options available!

Available delivery options depend on the location to which you wish to send your hamper. Simply enter your postcode into our Delivery Calculator to see all eligible shipping options.

Alternatively, once you enter your delivery address at checkout, you will see all the shipping choices available to you. If you want to select a preferred delivery date, it will appear in a box. Clicking that box will show you the available dates. 

  • If a date is greyed out, it means you can't choose that date. 
  • If you try to pick a date that isn’t available, the system will automatically choose the next available date for you.


Here’s some more information about our shipping options:

  • You can only order same-day, next-day, or preferred-date delivery in metro Sydney.
  • Preferred-date delivery is available in metro areas of Brisbane and Melbourne.
  • For cheese hampers, we offer only chilled delivery and you must select a preferred delivery date. This delivery is only available in certain areas on specific days.
  • We always provide standard and express delivery options (except for cheese) and standard delivery is free of charge.
