Can I edit or make changes to my order once it has been placed?Updated 2 days ago

If you have just placed an order and need to make changes, please call us immediately.

Our team is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (Sydney time).


If you are contacting us outside of business hours, please complete the form on our Contact Us page and select 'Order Support & Changes'. This will prioritise your message, allowing us to address it as quickly as possible. 


Please note that there are limits to the changes we can make once an order has been placed and once your order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee any changes.

Additionally, during November and December, we will not be able to make any changes to orders once they are paid for.


We recommend double-checking your shipping information before making payment. If paying with a third-party app like ApplePay, please ensure you confirm the delivery address in the pop-up provided.
