When an order has been successfully placed, the checkout page will refresh to show your order number. We recommend keeping a copy of this until you receive your confirmation email, which will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
There are two main reasons you may not receive your email:
- Email address was misspelt; or
- Email has been filtered through to spam / junk.
We strongly recommend confirming that all information provided at checkout is correct before selecting 'Pay Now'.
If you have checked your spam or junk folder and still haven't received your confirmation email, please contact our friendly Customer Service team (with your order number) so they can update your email address and send you a new copy.
