Why am I being charged shipping per hamper?Updated 20 hours ago
If your order includes multiple hampers, you will be charged on a "per consignment" basis. This means that shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and the price displayed there will be the total amount charged. Each hamper is delivered as an individual parcel, so shipping fees will apply to each one.
While we try to pack multiple gifts together in one shipping box, sometimes this will not be possible and we will need to use multiple shipping boxes. Since your order may be sent in separate shipping boxes, there is a possibility that the deliveries could be separated during transit. However, they typically arrive within a day of each other.
In the tracking information for your delivery, you will see a drop-down box indicating the status of each item, such as "Item 1 of 2", "Item 2 of 2", etc.
